Wesley at Tehaleh Senior Living | Bonney Lake, WA

"A trail system units the 400,000-sf Wesley at Tehaleh campus near Seattle, where owners Presbyterian Homes & Services and Wesley Homes Pierce County provide 168 independent living, 42 catered living, and 18 memory care residences, plus a 24,000-sf town center. Cuningham (architect, landscape architect) and partners senior Lifestyle Design (interiors), AHBL (SE, CE), Steen Engineering (MEP), and Ryan Companies (GC) made wellness, building performance, and energy modeling key components of the project. All parking is underground."

Revel Folsom | Folsom, CA

"CSI Construction Company (GC) led the project team through wildfires, Covid delays, and a design-assist change from CLT construction to conventional methodology to complete the 168 independent living apartments of Revel Folsom for The Wolff Company (developer).  The 30,000-sf clubhouse has an indoor pool and spa, fitness center, art studio, hair salon..., wellness center, two clubrooms, and a media lounge/theater. Studio 15 was the architect and MEP engineer on the $41 million initiative."

The Accolade | Seattle, WA

"This 21-story community, a fifth of a mile from the University of Washinton campus, encompasses 597 beds in 226 one- to four-bedroom apartments. Three bi-level outdoor spaces (5,000 sf total), a rock-climbing wall, study rooms, and lounges add to the mix. Weber Thompson (architect) created a biophilic design for developer Greystar."
