Mr. Endelman is a licensed Architect and the Principal of Endelman & Associates PLLC, a consulting firm specializing in accessibility consulting including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), and Building Code accessibility compliance. He has done Accessibility Consulting for 20 years, and has over 30 years experience in facility accessibility, architectural business operations, project management, and architecture in high level management positions for architectural, real estate and other design-related companies. He has consulted for major bank, institutional, educational, residential developer, attorney, real estate asset management clients, and enforcing agencies in dozens of states.

As Principal of E&A, Mr. Endelman leads a team of consultants providing Consulting Services including: ADA/FHA Surveys, Accessibility Design Reviews (ADA/FHA/Code/State Laws), consulting, training, and expert witness services in all aspects of facility accessibility. To facilitate ADA Surveys and recommendations, he developed custom Survey Solutions™ Software that provides a database methodology for cost effective, large ADA survey projects. The software includes the full catalog of ADA Accessibility Guidelines requirements (barriers), citations, and pre-programmed typical solutions and itemized budget costs.

Mr. Endelman's background encompasses many specialty areas. He has been hired as a Litigation Consultant and Expert Witness in Accessibility in a number of jurisdictions, Consulting for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices, the U. S. Department of Justice, State enforcing agencies, and Attorneys for building owners and developers. As an Architect and Project Manager, he has managed up to 25 professionals and highly complex projects such as the $300 million U.S. Embassy Complex in Moscow and the $97 million renovation of the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, San Francisco. He was Executive VP of a 25 person architecture firm and worked in Corporate Architecture for Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank.
